Oozh means destiny/ fate etc (please let me know if you know a more correct definition). In life, both good and bad results are common; this everybody knows and sees on a daily basis. If that is the case, it is a wonder why people, who are so glad with positive, favourable results, get so upset with unfavourable results. This is beyond Kipling's "If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster/ And treat those two impostors just the same.” That talks about how to handle winning and losing.
